We aim to dispatch same day or next working day (Monday – Friday) for all orders received before 2pm. The goods will be sent via Royal Mail for parcels and large letter sizes, with some larger parcels being sent via another suitable courier service. We will use Royal Mail First Class post wherever we can and our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. However please allow up to 5 working days for items to be delivered from our Royal Mail delivery partners.

Delivery services described as 'Large Letter' and 'Parcel' can take up to 28 Working Days outside of the United Kingdom. We recommend that you choose a tracked delivery service such as 'Large Letter Tracked' or 'Parcel Tracked' so that, in the unlikely event of a delay in your delivery, we will be able to help you track the delivery of your order.

Some orders can take longer

Some orders can take longer to prepare for dispatch due to a some specific reasons, if this is the case we will contact you by the contact details you supplied to us when you placed your order. We will always try to get the items you order in the quickest possible time, if you needed an item by a specific date please contact us before you order so we can advise you of any issues and hopefully give you a estimated delivery date.

How will it be delivered?

All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail, MyHermes, or Parcelforce, Its not possible for you to pick the delivery service we use for your order. We will however pick the best one to get your order to you as soon as possible.

None Delivery or Shortages

If you have not received your order after 5 working days please contact us and we trace your parcel and try and give you an update on a delivery date. If there are any items missing from your order please notify us in writing within seven days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.


You can return any items within 14 days from delivery date. For faulty items, please inform us within 30 days from the delivery date and we will advise you on the next steps to take.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense, in original packaging and condition, as new undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition.

It is important you do not use or interfere with the product if you intend to return the item, if the item is used or interfered with then it is deemed accepted as supplied, items MUST be unused, if we receive items back in used condition a refund will not be issued and they will be made available for your collection or a partial refund will be offered if the value has been affected by the use of the item or otherwise damaging it, this includes packaging and accessories.

In essence, you can handle the products just as you would in a shop, but no more than that.

Faults with products over 30 days old but under 6 months old will require investigation and maybe inspection to establish if the fault is due to a manufacturing problem, if it is a manufacturing problem then we will either repair or replace.

After 6 months it will be down to the consumer to prove it is a manufacturing fault, if it can be proved then we reserve the right to further inspect the product to confirm a manufacturing fault, if after confirming it is a manufacturing fault then we will repair or replace the item.

Fabric that is cut to length for each individual order, cannot be returned. We deem these products to have been made to order, and as such are exempt from distance selling regulations. Please order carefully.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

The consumer must bear the direct cost of returning goods.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced, refunded or repaired.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
