In our shops we stock a wide variety of kits and products from most of the largest companies within the needlecraft and craft industry. Over the coming months our range of products that we offer on line will increase so it we list all the products we sell in our shops.

Is the site safe to use my Credit / Debit Cards online?
Yes, it is completely safe. All Credit / Debit Card details are encrypted and can only be viewed by ourselves. Please see our Security page for further information.

Do you offer free postage to all UK Customers?
Yes, we offer free postage to all UK customers. For none UK customers we charge postage dependant on the weight of the items (Subject to a minim weight). Each item listed on this web site has a weight, all the weights will be added together and times by the kilo value listed below and then shown at the check out page.

N.B. Our Minimum order is £4.00

How long will my order take to be delivered?
The majority of items on the web site are in stock, so can be dispatched within 7 working days. If the product you ordered is out of stock we will inform you via email and then give you regular updates of when the goods will be dispatched to you. If you want to know if a product is in stock before you order, e-mail us at info@cotswoldneedlecraft.co.uk and we will tell you.

Can I return an item?
If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product, you have 30 days to return it to us in the original condition and packaging for a full refund. See your receipt for more details.

Do you have a catalogue?
Unfortunately we do not produce a catalogue due to the high cost it involves. If you have any question regarding the products or the brands we stock please call us.
